The device is a small connected tracker, that clips to your clothing. Unlike traditional pedometers, Health Coach tracks your activity/steps and connects wirelessly to the free REVITIVE App.
The App lets you see your progress, set personal targets and it also gives you coaching & encouragement - to help you reach your health goals.
